Welcome to NorthPoint’s first-ever Community Serve Day! We’re pausing regular worship services on Sunday, July 6 so that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus all across the Des Moines metro.
Learn MoreNorthPoint’s mission is to cultivate communities of grace and truth, and we are excited that Community Serve Day (CSD) will allow people of all ages to live that out by embracing community and engaging culture in hands-on ways.
NorthPoint is teaming up with various local partners for jobs such as yard work, painting, prepping meals, making crafts, and stocking shelves. There truly is something for everyone to help with that day. We ask that you use the link below to read about the opportunities available and the requirements for each. Some projects are suitable for families with children, some require a certain level of home improvement skill, and a few require a background check to be completed prior to the event.
Community Serve Day is Sunday, July 6 from approximately 9:00 am – noon. Some projects may wrap up sooner than noon. Your team lead will be able to give you more information as the date approaches.
